Dynamic Articulation Module permite utilizatorului să transfere poziția de masticare realizată în laborator cu un articulator real în echivalentul său virtual Exocad

Atunci când modulul de articulare dinamică este activat, utilizatorul are la dispoziție un set de 4 plăci de montare Mounting Plates și un Recalibration Object. Accessories- Dynamic Articulation Module

Înainte de a utiliza modulul pentru prima dată, este necesar să calibrați axa scanerului pentru a funcționa corespunzător cu simularea ocluziei.

Calibrați axa cu Axis Calibration Object . Din acel moment, orice recalibrare trebuie efectuată cu același obiect. În caz contrar, recalibrarea axelor va eșua.

1. Puneți obiectul de calibrare în interiorul scanerului
2. Faceți clic pe Recalibrate Axis
3. Faceți clic pe Ok când vi se solicită

Procedura de calibrare este automată. Odată terminat, software-ul va afișa unul dintre următoarele mesaje:

• 'Axis Recalibration Successfull' : the calibration has been completed
• 'Axis Recalibration Failed' : calibration has to be repeated

The following step is to set the correct Articulator Type during the Project Creation.
In the Articulator section select:

• Matching models to scan the occlusion if there is no need to use the automatic positioning in Exocad's Virtual Articulator
• Articulator A to scan the Artex Articulator and to use the same in Exocad's Virtual Articulator
• Articulator S to scan the Sam Articulator and to use the same in Exocad's Virtual Articulator
• Articulator P to scan the Kavo Articulator and to use the same in Exocad's Virtual Articulator
• Articulator B to scan the Bioart Articulator and to use the same in Exocad's Virtual Articulator
• Articulator D to scan the Denar Articulator and to use the same in Exocad's Virtual Articulator

Proceed scanning the physical Articulator, accordingly to the previously made choice.

Remember then to scan the jaws on top of the appropriate mounting plates, as the software will remind.

If the base type doesn't match the type of articulator, the positioning in Exocad Virtual Articulator won't be correct.
